of the most effective uses of IP, ATM and emerging WAN technologies.

TCI network designs include inter-city backbones, metropolitan
rings, campus-type and local area networks, providing for optimized
availability and maximum survivability. Large scale multipoint drop/insert
systems, installed for right-of-way owners, have been designed to
allow flexible reconfiguration for future network requirements.
